DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
Delete your Sparky’s Notebook account
You can delete your account at any time. It takes a minute in the app, and you can also ask us by email.
In the app
- Open Sparky’s Notebook and sign in.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, then tap Delete my account.
Keep the app open until it says your account was deleted.
By email
If you can’t use the app, email lani@lionsparks.com with the subject “Delete my Sparky’s Notebook account”.
- Send it from the email address you use to sign in, so we know the request is yours.
- We’ll reply to confirm, then finish within 30 days.
What gets deleted
If you own a household, the whole household is deleted for everyone: its dogs, care records, notes, care instructions, medicine and feeding plans, and photos. Co-parents and walkers lose access.
If you’re a co-parent or walker, your access to every household ends and your sign-in is deleted. Care you recorded stays in each family’s history, shown as “Deleted user”, because it is part of their dog’s care record.
- Photos you saved to your own phone stay on your phone.
- Deleted information can remain in our hosting provider’s backups for up to [number] days before it is overwritten.
- Deletion can’t be undone. Signing in again later with the same email starts a new, empty account.
To keep a copy of your information first, email us before you delete. More detail is in our privacy notice.
